Pictured Pets was founded in 2005 to provide the pet lover with a vast array of unique pet picture frames in various sizes and styles. We are a one-stop shop for a variety of pet themed picture frames. In addition to our products, we also offer customized engraving services. Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal for all orders. Currently, we do not accept international credit cards.

Billing Address:

Please provide us with an accurate billing address that matches the address on your credit card statement to avoid any unnecessary delays or cancellation of your order.

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped directly from our Distribution Center. Our main method of shipping is UPS Ground. We ship to anywhere within the US, Canada and Internationally, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING: We ship Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. We ship by USPS Priority Mail, UPS ground to the Continental United States (please allow 3-7 days for delivery), UPS 2nd day air, UPS Standard to Canada and UPS Worldwide Express. We regret that certain UPS deliveries services, including UPS Ground, are not available from our Distribution Center to our customers in Hawaii or Alaska. If your shipping address is in either of these states, some of the shipping terms stated above may not be applicable to you. Amounts are calculated on shipping option, weight, and distance from our warehouse. Our store uses a service of UPS to calculate these expedited shipping costs. The shipping amount will appear on your order processing screen.  Under certain circumstances, the UPS service may incorrectly return a shipping charge of $0.00. If that happens, you may place your order, and we will contact you with the correct shipping charge before we confirm your order or charge your credit card.

Shipping Address:

Please provide us with accurate shipping address for your orders to avoid any unnecessary delay and additional shipping charges.

Cancellation:

Cancellation may only be made before your order has been processed for shipment. Most orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 hours after your order has been placed.

Unavailable Product:

In the event that a product is unavailable on your order, we will immediately notify the buyer. We reserve the right to cancel the order for the affected product(s) or cancel the entire order if necessary.

Return Policy:

All products can be returned within 15 days of receipt, less a 25% re-stocking fee (if applicable) and shipping charges. If the item is determined to be defective, you will receive a full refund of all charges minus shipping charges or an equal exchange. Please send an email to returns@picturedpets.com in order to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without authorization.
